A bubbos are a sentient shapeshifting race made out of a mass of bubbles, which allows them to slither, swim, walk, and even float for short periods of time. They tend to assume a roughly humanoid form. The Bubbos worship the Mystical Beasts of the Deep who provide splot that they use to build there ships and homes.
