The Viridios are a race of intelligent roughly humanoid plants that live on the islands of the Vir Coalition on the planet Gaios. They are creatures of diminutive size and are no larger than a coffee mug. They live in a very tribal society, yet they are very docile, but occasional fight each other for sunlight. They build homes and basic structures out of a strange fungus that changes colors.

- The Viridios are rivals with the Floops, which they see as an invasive species.
- Some Viridios worship Viridious the Devourer as their god.
- The Viridios were created by Gavora to be the equivalent of fairies or elves. They were made to be a"joke" and to show Zack a variety of different plants he can use when making Gaios creatures.
- The term "Viridios" is based from the ancient Roman plant god Viridius.
